Responsibilities:
  • To manage a spectrum of HR functions such as payroll, compensation and benefit, employee relations, recruitment and training.
  • To assist the Manager, HR in improving current HR processes and development of policies.
  • To manage and guide staff who are reporting to this position.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, SAP.
    • (Working knowledge of SAP would an advantage & Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular in Excel.)
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in working in a construction, transportation or engineering organization would be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to deal with a wide range of staff ranging from managerial level to general workers.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
